Warranty Terms
We provide a 24-month warranty on all our chair and table products.
Month Warranty
Applies to all furniture products (chairs and tables) from the date of purchase.
Keep your warranty card, delivery certificate, receipt or invoice to use warranty service. If documents are incomplete, the company reserves the right to refuse warranty service.
Warranty Covers
- Material defects
- Assembly errors
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects in mechanical parts
- Lacquer and finishing defects
In these cases, repairs are performed at company expense; when necessary, products are replaced free of charge.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Expiration of warranty period
- Non-compliance with usage instructions
- Mechanical damage after delivery (scratches, holes, breaks)
- Excessive loading of mechanisms
- Damage from natural disasters
- Physical damage caused by the user
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Use of harmful cleaning products
- Product misuse
These cases require paid repairs at company rates based on expert assessment.
Repair Timeline
Maximum repair period is 30 working days. Repair time is not added to the warranty period.
Post-Delivery Inspection
After assembly, carefully inspect the following:
- Chair mechanisms and wheels (if applicable)
- Table legs and fastening elements
- Mechanical damage
- Lacquer and finishing quality
Attention: Mechanical damage discovered after delivery is not covered by warranty and is chargeable.
Delivery
Transportation, loading and unloading are provided free by the company.
If you choose to transport the product yourself, resulting defects may not be covered by warranty.
Assembly
Professional assembly by trained company employees is recommended. Unprofessional assembly voids warranty and creates safety risks.
