Website — the internet site at frendo.az. Company — KOMFORM MMC, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan. User — any individual or legal entity accessing the website. Product — furniture and other goods offered by the company on the website.

By using the website, the user is considered to have accepted these terms. The company reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice. All content on the website is the intellectual property of the company.

The user must act in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The user has the right to purchase products, leave reviews and use customer service. The following are prohibited: • Copyright infringement • Defamation and insults • Threats • Distribution of obscene or pornographic content

Products can be returned within 14 days in original packaging, unused. • Return due to customer error — return costs are the customer's responsibility • Return due to company error — all costs are covered by the company

Delivery within Baku is within 24 hours. Free professional installation is included. Delivery covers transportation, loading and unloading.

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms. The laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan apply to this agreement.
